The Ashtanga "Mysore Style" or "Self-Practice" as it is sometimes called is the traditional way in which Ashtanga yoga is taught. It is a bit like having a private lesson in a group setting. April works individually with each student no matter if you are brand new to the practice or have been practicing a long time. In this way the practice becomes tailored to you and your body and your unique breathing rhythm. It is a perfect place for beginners to start and it is also the perfect forum to continue to develop your practice. The start time is flexible so come anytime between 5.45 and 6.30pm and plan to work for about 45 minutes if you're new to Ashtanga or if you have a longer practice come for the whole hour and 45minutes.
Please note booking closes 6 hours prior to the start of each class/event. GROUP CLASSES Sometimes we cancel: We require a minimum of 3 students to book in order to run a group class. If less than 3 students book we will let you know that the class has been cancelled via email and/or through our WhatsApp group (drop April a message (284) 499-1702 and she can add you to the group). Sometimes you cancel: We understand "stuff" comes up. If you need to cancel please give us at least 6 hours notice to receive a full refund or class credit. If you give less than 6 hours notice then 50% of the price will be charged. If you book and don't show up then the full amount will be charged. 1-2-1 SESSIONS/RETREATS/SPECIAL EVENTS For 1-2-1 sessions, retreats and special events we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If less than 24 hours notice is given then we will charge you 50% of the agreed price for that session.
