Service Description

Offered to just 8 people, this intimate, once-in-a-lifetime retreat is for those ready to evolve beyond the confines of repetitive thought patterns and move more deeply into a felt sense of life both within and without. We will do this through nervous system restoration, somatic work, yoga, sound healing and nature connection. This retreat is for you if… - You feel on the brink of a shift and are ready to go for it. - You know that you cannot resolve your “problems” through thinking. - You have a “feeling” that living more fully in your body and connection to nature is needed. - You want to explore one of the wonders of the Pacific with exclusive access to some of the most cutting edge coral regeneration work in the islands. Why enchantment? Enchantment can evoke a sense of wonder and fascination. It can refer to a feeling of great pleasure and delight; it can also be used to describe how to create moments of wonder and awe in everyday life. This retreat experience will be used to ignite these qualities in you so that you can recognize them experientially and learn to access them always. The Galapagos Islands were called The Enchanted Islands in the early 1500s - they are profoundly special not only because of their unique biodiversity and wild volcanic landscapes but also because of their historic link to evolution. Get ready to evolve! Being open to Enchanted Evolution means that when you board the plane for this retreat, you put your ego into checked luggage and hope that they lose the bag! The How… This retreat is possible because of a collaboration between Jackie Alvarez, a marine biologist, author and outdoor educator involved in cutting edge research and restoration of coral in the Galapagos Islands; and April Nunes Tucker PhD, a yogi, somatic expert and leadership guide based in the British Virgin Islands. Jackie and April have also invited Galapagos based Carolina Proaño, a conservationist and mindfulness teacher; and Mara Mensink, an osteopath who will be offering us bodywork on day 6. This unique combination of guides and teachers will facilitate experiences that put you in touch more deeply with yourself, with nature, with animals and with others. Contact april.nunes@gmail.com for full details and she will email you a PDF will all the information.
